Types of Letters We Provide: Whether you need to request a meeting with HR, raise a grievance, or seek clarification on company policies, we offer a range of letter/email templates to suit your requirements. From formal complaints to requests for accommodations, we'll ensure your message is clear, concise, and professionally crafted. Delivery Time: You'll receive your completed letter/email within 5 working days from the held 'Discovery session'. Express: Need your letter sooner, then consider our express option for an additional £20. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At GossipPro, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure fair treatment for both our customers and our Career Coaches: 1. Cancellation Timeframe: a. Customers are entitled to one cancellation per session, provided the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. b. Emergency cancellations will be accepted for sessions scheduled within 24 hours, but only as a one-time exception. 2. Cancellation Procedure: a. Cancellations must be communicated to GossipPro via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. b. For emergency cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session, customers must contact GossipPro immediately via email. 3. Consequences of Cancellation: a. If a cancellation is made in accordance with the above timeframe and procedures, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. b. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe, or repeated cancellations, may result in the session being marked as complete and the service delivered, with no refund issued. 4. Extension Requests: a. Any request for an extension of package purchases must be made in writing to Contact@gossipro.com or directly to the assigned Career Development Coach. b. GossipPro reserves the right to approve or deny extension requests based on availability and other relevant factors. 5. Exceptions: a. GossipPro may consider exceptions to this cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis, at its discretion.
